Delete your Smart Agent account

In the app
- Open Smart Agent and log in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Apple bills it, so cancel it on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Smart Agent → Cancel subscription.
Can't open the app?
Email support@smartagent.social from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it and confirm within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email and password)
- All your stores, their details and agent settings
- Your products and product photos
- Orders, return requests and conversation records
- The connection to your Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts. We disconnect them and remove the access we were given.
What isn't deleted
- Messages, comments and posts on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. They live on Meta's platforms; delete them there.
- Your payment history with Apple. Apple keeps it under its own policy.
- Copies in our providers' backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
Only want to remove one store?
In Settings, choose the store and tap Delete this store. Your account and other stores stay.
